If your booking is cancelled 28 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be an administration fee of $30.00.
If your booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior there will be no refund unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking, or in the case of a NO Show.
Deposits are $200 or equal to 1 day’s accommodation which ever is the greatest.
